These terms govern your use of FontsGallery. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Fonts listed here remain the property of their designers and foundries; additional license rules are on the Font Licensing page.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including unverified or abusive submissions.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the catalog through automated means beyond ordinary browsing and the download buttons we provide.
- Do not re-upload font files from this site as your own work for redistribution elsewhere.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or overload our servers.
- Do not use the contact or submission tools to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
User-submitted content
If you submit a font, description, tag, collection, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to distribute it under the license you indicate, and that the files do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant FontsGallery a non-exclusive license to host, preview, convert (for example to WOFF2), and display that material on the site so visitors can evaluate and download it according to the font’s own license.
We may reject, edit metadata for, or remove submissions that appear unlicensed, incomplete, or harmful. Removal requests from rights holders are handled under our DMCA Policy.
Downloads and third-party licenses
Downloading a font does not transfer ownership. You must follow the license shown on the font’s detail page. FontsGallery is not a party to that license and cannot grant extra rights.
Disclaimer of warranty
The site and all fonts, previews, and information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are complete, that licenses are correctly classified in every case, or that files are free of defects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FontsGallery and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any font you download.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
